BuzzlyDaily / BuzzlyStack – Hiring & Services Agreement
Effective Date:
This Hiring & Services Agreement (“Agreement”) governs all services provided by BuzzlyDaily / BuzzlyStack (“Service Provider,” “we,” “our,” or “us”) to the client (“Client,” “you,” or “your”).
By submitting a form, requesting a quote, approving a proposal, making a payment, or continuing communication regarding a project, the Client confirms that they have read, understood, and agreed to this Agreement.
1. Remote Digital Services
BuzzlyDaily / BuzzlyStack operates remotely from Islamabad, Pakistan and provides digital services to clients worldwide, including clients located in the United States.
All services are provided remotely through electronic communication, including email, messaging platforms, video calls, online project management systems, and digital file delivery.
Any references on this website to New York, NYC, Manhattan, or other U.S. locations are intended solely as marketing and service-area references and do not represent a staffed physical office location unless explicitly stated.

All work is performed on a best-efforts basis only.
3. No Guaranteed Results
The Client acknowledges and agrees that SEO rankings, traffic increases, sales increases, lead generation, conversion rates, ad performance, and business outcomes can never be guaranteed.
Any examples, case studies, rankings, or performance improvements displayed on our website are examples only and do not guarantee similar results.
Search engine algorithms, third-party platforms, hosting providers, ad platforms, social media platforms, and marketplaces are outside our control.
BuzzlyDaily / BuzzlyStack makes no warranties regarding business performance, ranking positions, revenue, or platform approvals.
4. Payment Terms
- 50% upfront payment is required before work begins.
- Remaining 50% is due upon project completion or before final delivery.
- Work may be paused until required payments are received.
- Late payments may delay timelines and delivery.
The Client is responsible for all transaction fees, currency conversion fees, taxes, and banking charges.
5. Refund Policy
If the Client cancels before work has started, the upfront payment may be refunded.
Once any work has started, all payments become non-refundable due to the custom nature of digital services.
This includes but is not limited to research, strategy, design, development, coding, setup, SEO work, revisions, consultations, planning, integrations, and project management.
Refund requests after work has started may be denied at our sole discretion.
6. Revisions
Projects include up to three (3) revision rounds unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Additional revisions, changes, or new requests beyond the included revisions may be billed separately at a minimum rate of USD $50 per revision or according to updated project scope.
7. Project Timelines
Delivery timelines are estimates only and are not guaranteed deadlines.
Project completion times may change due to project complexity, delayed client responses, revision requests, third-party platform issues, hosting issues, technical limitations, and scope changes.
Urgent or expedited work may require additional fees.
8. Client Responsibilities
- Provide accurate information
- Provide required content and credentials
- Respond within reasonable timeframes
- Maintain backups where applicable
- Review deliverables promptly
- Obtain legal rights to all provided materials
The Client is solely responsible for the legality of all content, products, services, advertisements, trademarks, media, and business operations connected to their website.
9. Access to Accounts
The Client may provide access credentials for Shopify, WordPress, WooCommerce, hosting, domains, analytics, ad platforms, social media platforms, email systems, and integrations.
The Client understands that owner-level access may occasionally be required to complete integrations or verification processes.
We are not responsible for account suspensions, platform restrictions, policy violations, password misuse by third parties, or security issues outside our direct control.
10. Third-Party Costs
The Client is solely responsible for all third-party costs, including hosting, domains, plugins, themes, apps, software licenses, ad spend, API services, and platform subscriptions.
BuzzlyDaily / BuzzlyStack does not guarantee third-party services or products.
11. Temporary Hosting
If the Client does not yet have hosting, we may temporarily deploy work on internal or temporary hosting environments for development purposes only.
We reserve the right to remove temporary deployments if payments are overdue or if the project is abandoned.
12. Intellectual Property
The Client retains ownership of final approved deliverables only after full payment has been received.
Until full payment is completed, all work, code, designs, graphics, layouts, strategies, and deliverables remain the intellectual property of BuzzlyDaily / BuzzlyStack.
We may display completed work in our portfolio unless otherwise agreed in writing.
13. Project Abandonment
If the Client becomes inactive or unresponsive for more than 14 consecutive days, the project may be considered abandoned.
Abandoned projects may be paused, archived, removed from temporary hosting, or require additional fees to restart.
Previously paid amounts remain non-refundable once work has started.
14. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, BuzzlyDaily / BuzzlyStack shall not be liable for lost profits, business interruption, revenue loss, SEO losses, ranking drops, ad account suspensions, data loss, indirect damages, consequential damages, platform bans, cybersecurity incidents, downtime, or third-party failures.
Our total liability for any claim shall never exceed the total amount actually paid by the Client for the specific project.
15. Indemnification
The Client agrees to indemnify and hold harmless BuzzlyDaily / BuzzlyStack from any claims, damages, liabilities, legal expenses, or disputes arising from Client content, Client business operations, intellectual property violations, unlawful products or services, advertising claims, or misuse of deliverables.
16. Chargebacks & Payment Disputes
The Client agrees to contact BuzzlyDaily / BuzzlyStack directly before initiating any chargeback, payment dispute, or bank reversal.
Initiating fraudulent or abusive chargebacks after work has started may constitute breach of this Agreement.
We reserve the right to provide evidence, communications, project files, timestamps, approvals, and delivery records to payment processors or financial institutions.
17. Mandatory Arbitration
Any dispute arising from this Agreement shall first be attempted through informal good-faith resolution.
If unresolved, all disputes shall be resolved exclusively through confidential online binding arbitration and not through court litigation.
The Client waives the right to participate in any class-action lawsuit or class proceeding.
18. Governing Principles
This Agreement is intended to apply to remote international digital services provided from Pakistan to global clients.
Where legally permitted, the parties agree that disputes shall be handled through private online dispute resolution mechanisms rather than public court proceedings.
19. Electronic Acceptance
Electronic acceptance, checkbox confirmation, emails, invoices, payment confirmations, digital approvals, and online communications shall be considered legally binding acceptance of this Agreement.
20. Right to Refuse Service
BuzzlyDaily / BuzzlyStack reserves the right to refuse, suspend, or terminate services at any time for abusive conduct, illegal activities, harassment, non-payment, unreasonable demands, or policy violations.
21. Entire Agreement
This Agreement represents the entire understanding between the parties and supersedes prior discussions or communications.
